A seat is a developer who authors or maintains Pro code. One key in the deployed app is expected. Extra Team seats are $99/yr via sales. Active Pro customers upgrade to Team by paying the catalog difference (no unused-time credit); cover-until stays the same and later renewals bill full Team. Downgrades and refunds after a key is issued are not available — see Terms. Cancel auto-renew from the billing portal — production use of versions released during the paid year does not turn off.
